Farmhouse Inn

The Farmhouse Inn is a wonderful 1908 Farmhouse in historic downtown Tellico Plains. Laura and Kyle purchased the property in 2014 and converted it to the Bed and Breakfast it is today. The house includes original floors, 3 fireplaces and other lovely details but has been recently updated to include all the modern conveniences.

We offer three rooms, each with charming original details and individually decorated with antiques, handmade barnwood furniture, and décor gathered from our many years of life and travel. The rooms are fully modernized and each has an attached, private bath.

Relax on our wraparound front porch or in the shady backyard. Fall and winter visits allow for an evening by the outdoor firepit. We have a guest living room, dining room and a game room that includes pool table, darts and music.

All stays at the Inn include a Farmhouse Breakfast which is served in our cozy dining room. This hot breakfast varies daily but includes homemade breads and jams, local eggs, meats, fruits and veggies, all from our garden and local farms.

We cater to all adventure vacationers and to those folks needing a quiet place to relax. Come visit Tellico Plains, we would love to have you stay awhile.
